Returns & Refunds Policy 

Legal primacy
This policy is subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country. Where local law grants greater rights, local law prevails.

EU / EEA / UK — 14-day right of withdrawal

  • You may cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • Customized/personalized items are excluded under local law.

Taiwan (ROC) — 7-day cooling-off (non-trial)

  • You may cancel within 7 days from the day after receipt.

  • Items must be unused, with all tags/accessories and original packaging intact. The cooling-off period is for inspection, not for use.

  • Customized/personalized (e.g., engraving) items are excluded by law.

  • To request: email info@pri-x.com with order number, receipt date, and photos.

Other regions (Global Baseline)

  • 14 days from receipt to request a return, unless your local law sets a different mandatory period—in which case local law applies.

Return eligibility

  • Same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, plus order number/proof of purchase.

Non-returnable / exceptions

  • Customized / engraved / special-order items.

  • Pre-orders and limited/numbered editions: non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damages & issues

Please inspect upon delivery and contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to start a return (RMA)

  1. Email info@pri-x.com to request authorization.

  2. If approved, we’ll send a return address and instructions. Do not send items back without approval.

Exchanges

Return the item first; once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you after inspection whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time).

  • If 15 business days pass after approval with no refund, contact info@pri-x.com.

Shipping & duties

  • Unless due to our defect/error, original shipping, import duties/taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable (subject to local law).

  • Return shipping terms will be provided with approval.
