All Colonist's products are made-to-order where production begins after an order is placed, rather than keeping items in stock. We ask for your understanding that same-day shipping is not available, and you can expect to receive your order within 30 to 60 days.
Warranty & Repairs
We stand behind the quality of every piece we curate.
All Colonist's products are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and manufacturing only. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, oxidation, scratches, or other user-caused conditions is not covered.
If your product requires inspection, please contact us before sending it for repair. Depending on the issue, repair fees and shipping charges may apply.
Sizing, Made-to-Order & Returns
All Colonist's products are individually crafted on a made-to-order basis. Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
As each piece is specially made for you, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are generally not available once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or where required by applicable law.
Please review your order carefully, including product specifications, material, finish, and ring size, before completing your purchase.
Ring/Bracelet/Pendant resizing is available for selected designs only and may incur a service fee. Certain full-pattern or structurally complex designs cannot be resized.
Product Care & Natural Materials
Natural gemstones and other natural materials may vary slightly in color, texture, pattern, and appearance. These variations are unique characteristics and are not considered defects.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, and strong impacts. Silver may naturally oxidize over time. Proper cleaning and storage will help maintain the product’s condition.
